Myocardial perfusion SPECT - 6 years post GABG. Apicolateral ischemia mainly in LCX marginal branch periphery and distal LAD. 128x128 gated study with iterative 3D reconstruction. Acquisition done with dual heads in L-shape using autocontouring over 180 degrees. Summed stress and rest images.
